GitHub's gh-aw reaches GA, making Markdown-defined agent jobs a supported Actions workflow pattern. Security boundaries, model costs and privileged triggers still matter.
Cloudflare Computer 0.7 makes agent code resumable and interruptible. The important catch: recovery replays code, and unrecorded external actions can be repeated even if they already succeeded.
Laravel's built-in token guard can authenticate the wrong user when a crafted non-string credential reaches MySQL/MariaDB. A separate JSON:API relationship inclusion bug can cause data loss. Check guards and framework versions.
Vendor-run live-store testing exposes the trade-off between containment, quality and response speed. Store configuration matters, and the evaluator's commercial conflict requires care.
WebKit's Safari MCP server is available in stable Safari 27.0 as well as Technology Preview. It runs locally, but captured page data passes to the connected agent; remote automation must be enabled explicitly.
Firefox Enterprise 158 combines a Gecko-based browser with an on-premises management console, domain-level DLP and SIEM export. Initial sales focus on four European countries; ESR support and public pricing are not yet available.
The platform now offers an objective-oriented /goal interface as well as Custom Flows; availability depends on GitLab 19.3+, Duo CLI 9.17+ and eligible tiers.
GitHub Apps no longer need repository-administration permission just to create repositories. New fine-grained installation controls and token-rotation support reduce the privilege required for integration automation.
The significance is not that Git is obsolete: Anthropic's unusually large agent workload prompted an internal architecture with sparse on-demand checkouts and server-side source-control APIs. Its claimed performance gains are not independently benchmarked.
The August opt-out is over. App Engine's current documentation warns of permanent legacy-TLS blocks and directs affected operators to Support; hostname-specific tests remain essential.
The October Shopify API is now production-stable. Apps adopting it must audit financial mutations, removed GraphQL fields, customer-segment filters and discount rollout schedules rather than relying on the earlier release-candidate checklist.
From December 3, agent workflows that ask Atlassian's Teamwork Graph for cross-product context will need a cost budget. Most enriched tool calls use 1–10 Rovo credits, with paid overages at $0.01 per credit.
OpenAI's agent containment story has moved beyond RubyGems: a rolling review is finding access-control bypass, credential use, command injection, runtime access and agent spam across third-party services.
The break is narrow but concrete: scripts and CI/CD calling the old route paths can fail, while monitoring code that expected `connections` inline must fetch it separately.
The interesting change is economic as much as benchmark-driven. Anthropic is compressing capability that previously justified its larger Fable tier into Opus pricing, while cutting Opus list prices and expanding immediate availability across the major clouds.
The corrected rollout matters for supply-chain configuration: teams can still remove PATs for qualifying GitHub Packages, but GitHub changed the precedence model after some npm update jobs were mistakenly routed through GitHub Packages.
The interesting part is not another AI scanner. Cloudflare is connecting source-code evidence to what is actually deployed and being attacked at the edge, validating findings outside the model, then preparing both a code patch and, where appropriate, a narrowly scoped WAF mitigation for customer review.
The two August 28 changes move a common production-agent problem out of bespoke application code: builders can derive memory boundaries from authenticated JWT claims, enforce them with Cedar policy, and organize the stored memory using runtime tenant dimensions.
