The August migration continues, and October's Google Ads API v26 lets eligible integrators create Local Services Performance Max campaigns and link leads. This adds a concrete API path but does not restore old LSA reports or bidding controls.
Early HTML-in-Canvas adopters need Chrome-version compatibility checks and a migration for renamed WebGL/WebGPU methods, drawable DOM markup and accessibility geometry; the feature remains an origin trial.
The interesting change is not another CLI rename. Cloudflare is redesigning its command surface around software agents: JSON is the default, commands can be discovered through natural-language search, configuration is typed TypeScript, and Wrangler now has an eventual migration path.
GitHub Enterprise customers can trade Copilot seat fees for usage-only billing. The key catch: zero included credits, staged eligibility and voluntary migration.
Tailscale's new MagicRoute beta lets eligible organisations choose priority-based routes per client rather than regional grouping. It affects multi-region subnet access, service hosts and exit-node recommendations.
GitHub Apps no longer need repository-administration permission just to create repositories. New fine-grained installation controls and token-rotation support reduce the privilege required for integration automation.
Redis-compatible cache and queue costs have fallen across Render's 1GB-plus Key Value plans, with two new memory tiers and automatic repricing for existing customers.
From December 3, agent workflows that ask Atlassian's Teamwork Graph for cross-product context will need a cost budget. Most enriched tool calls use 1–10 Rovo credits, with paid overages at $0.01 per credit.
The scanner itself is not the new part. The September 16 change removes the CodeQL-default-setup gate that GitHub’s July rollout originally required, making AI-assisted vulnerability detection easier to add to repositories with different code-scanning configurations.
The material change is that model routing is no longer a single opaque optimization target. Developers can now tell Copilot whether to bias Auto toward lower cost, a middle ground or higher quality while GitHub still chooses a model prompt by prompt.
The change is separate from post-quantum TLS. DNSSEC signatures authenticate DNS records, and ML-DSA-44 makes them dramatically larger — 2,420 bytes per signature — while dual-signing with older algorithms creates a downgrade path unless resolvers enforce the post-quantum chain deliberately.
The change turns cache poisoning from mostly a workflow-design warning into an enforceable permission boundary. Teams can let untrusted jobs restore caches without writing them, prevent reusable workflows from escalating cache access and isolate jobs that only need to publish cache entries.
This is not a normal ranking update. Google is changing the structure of commercial search results in the EEA under the Digital Markets Act, creating explicit result surfaces for vertical search services and suppliers that do not appear the same way elsewhere.
The security shift is deeper than running application containers as non-root: the node stack itself can now live inside a user namespace. The feature is enabled by default in 1.37, but clusters do not become rootless automatically and CNI/CSI compatibility still needs testing.
The interesting part is not another AI scanner. Cloudflare is connecting source-code evidence to what is actually deployed and being attacked at the edge, validating findings outside the model, then preparing both a code patch and, where appropriate, a narrowly scoped WAF mitigation for customer review.
Approved apps can move from the standard 20%/25% non-recurring service-fee rates to 15%/20% for new/existing installs from September 30, before any applicable billing fee. Current enrollment is limited to developer account groups with at least $1 million in earnings over the previous 12 months.
Supabase has implemented MCP Enterprise-Managed Authorization using identity-provider assertions, short-lived tokens and existing Supabase role boundaries. It gives organizations a central on/off switch for approved AI clients while keeping access scoped to the individual employee rather than sharing a powerful organization token.
Meta has made the privacy-versus-price trade explicit in its Model API: developers can choose standard pricing or a contributor model ID with steeply discounted inference in exchange for training-data permission. The choice matters for proprietary code, customer data and AI SaaS workloads.
Theme developers using Shopify CLI 3.83.x and older against password-protected storefronts are now past the documented cutoff. Shopify requires 3.84.0 or later for these flows; the live changelog's September 23 date supersedes the earlier October 1 deadline in this dossier.
This is not a normal container refresh. InfluxDB 3 is a ground-up architecture change with different query and storage assumptions, and Flux is not supported. Treating `latest` as a harmless moving patch tag can therefore turn an ordinary image pull into an unplanned database migration.
