Cloudflare's logs are no longer an Enterprise-only export capability. Small sites can send 25GB a month to internal destinations and another 25GB externally before overage charges, but destination costs and separate Workers/OTel meters still matter.
The GA matters less as a label than as an architecture boundary. The change is separate from post-quantum TLS. DNSSEC signatures authenticate DNS records, and ML-DSA-44 makes them dramatically larger — 2,420 bytes per signature — while dual-signing with older algorithms creates a downgrade path unless resolvers enforce the post-quantum chain deliberately.
The interesting change is architectural rather than another storage feature: migration becomes a server-to-server transfer initiated through an S3-compatible PutObject or UploadPart call, with range and multipart support for large objects.
The change makes heavier frameworks and dependency trees deployable to Workers without plan-specific compressed-size ceilings, but it also changes what builders need to measure: the operative limit is now uncompressed Total Upload rather than the gzip number they may have optimized around.
Cloudflare has inverted a long-standing Workers assumption: Node.js compatibility is now on by default for current compatibility dates. That reduces setup friction for many npm packages, but it also means developers need to understand compatibility-date boundaries, partial APIs and explicit opt-out flags.
The interesting part is not another AI scanner. AWS is changing how Lambda introduces managed runtimes: Node.js 26 and Python 3.15 are available in public preview before GA, with normal runtime identifiers that automatically graduate when the runtimes become production-ready.
