Sentry has removed its legacy Alerts APIs — integrations now need Monitors and new Alerts
Sentry has completed a breaking alerting migration. Legacy alert APIs are gone; metric detection now lives in Monitors while notification routing lives in Alerts, and old direct integrations must use the replacement endpoints.
Cloudflare R2 adds a US-only data residency jurisdiction
R2’s new `us` jurisdiction gives object-storage users an explicit US data-residency guarantee, with jurisdiction-specific S3 endpoints and Workers bindings. Existing unrestricted buckets cannot simply be flipped into the new jurisdiction because jurisdiction is immutable after creation.

The feature targets a core scaling constraint that often pushes applications away from SQLite-style architectures.

GitHub OAuth apps can now use eight-hour access tokens with rotating refresh tokens, register up to 10 callback URLs, and explicitly control wildcard callback matching. New apps default to expiring tokens, while existing single-callback apps should review a legacy wildcard setting GitHub has now made visible.
