What changed
RevenueCat's October 29, 2026 App Growth Annual round-up confirms several monetisation tools are available now: Paywalls AI Editor, web-to-app Funnels, real-time Experiment results with predicted 12-month LTV, AI Toolkit, RevenueCat Web, Audiences and Early Payouts. Eligible apps can advance up to 80% of app-store proceeds for a 2.5% fee on the advanced amount, with the remainder paid on the normal schedule. Rico's in-dashboard agent and Ad Monetisation/Rewarded Ads are in public beta; Targeting by Checkpoint is planned, not generally available. Funnels has no separate platform fee, but revenue contributes to tracked revenue and normal processing fees still apply.
Why it matters
Independent app builders can now assemble more of their acquisition, checkout, testing, segmentation and subscription operations in one service rather than maintaining separate integrations. Early Payouts could reduce the cash-flow lag between earning app-store revenue and funding acquisition, but advancing proceeds has a cost and eligibility limits. Predicted LTV is a model estimate rather than realised cohort revenue; live experiment updates should not be mistaken for statistical certainty. The feature list mixes generally available, beta and future capabilities, so builders must check what is actually usable in their account.
Available now: paywalls, funnels and experiments
The AI Editor generates and revises paywalls from instructions or screenshots. Funnels builds web-to-app journeys that connect a web purchase to app access, using RevenueCat Billing, Stripe Billing or Paddle Billing. Experiments now update in real time and display predicted 12-month lifetime value. Audiences segments customers by subscription state, acquisition source and attributes. The AI Toolkit exposes RevenueCat setup and operational tools to external coding agents, with the usual permission and approval considerations.
Early Payouts: cash-flow benefit with a fee
RevenueCat advertises advances of up to 80% of eligible app-store proceeds at a 2.5% fee on the advanced portion; the remaining 20% arrives on the usual app-store schedule without that fee. The programme is limited to selected customers, and on-demand advances have a $100 minimum. It is not free revenue and does not change the underlying economics of a poorly performing acquisition campaign. Eligibility, timing and geographical availability should be checked directly.
Beta and future capabilities are not live for everyone
Rico can analyse account data and, with permissions and user approval, help configure paywalls or experiments; its new capabilities are described as public beta. Ad Monetisation and Rewarded Ads, including an AdMob integration, are also public beta. Targeting by Checkpoint, which would serve different paywalls at selected moments for specific audiences, is forthcoming rather than generally available. Avoid building a production plan around a future preview.
Pricing and measurement caveats
Funnels does not carry an additional platform fee, but funnel revenue counts towards RevenueCat monthly tracked revenue and incurs the normal platform pricing and applicable processor charges. RevenueCat's published Pro pricing is free through $2,500 monthly tracked revenue, then 1% of tracked revenue; enterprise arrangements may differ. Predicted LTV should be validated against observed cohorts before increasing spend. Web purchases and in-app alternative checkout may also trigger app-store reporting and regional fee obligations.
